Paskal Faublas has broken beyond the barriers between art and craft.
 
Born in Port au Prince in 1961, She lives and works in Jacmel. Paskal is a self-taught artist/artisan. She has been exhibiting her work collectively and individually both in Haiti and abroad.
 

Persienne
The wooden doors and shutters that she recovers, restores or simply lets subsist, often find themselves the basic support of her art work.
The tendency is often to separate the arts and the crafts, but in her work they are closely linked.
