Bresil, Henri-Robert 1952 Henri-Robert Bresil was born in 1952 in Gonaives. He settled in Port-au-Prince in 1973. It was then that he painted his first work of art, hence starting his career as a renowned painter. After receiving the ISPAN-UNESCO prize of honor at the Museum of Haitian Art in 1981, he exhibited in Haiti at several well-known galleries, and abroad in the United States, Puerto Rico, France, Italy, Switzerland and Japan. As a landscape painter, Bresil is appreciated by many art lovers and has been praised in the New York Times, Miami Herald, and several magazines of distinction. Exhibitions 1990 - Mme.
